Hands up<br \/>\nDon\u2019t shoot. <em>Kyrie eleison<\/em>.<br \/>\nBy the waters of Columbine, of<br \/>\nBlacksburg, of Newtown, by the<br \/>\nWaters of Parkland and Uvalde,<br \/>\nThere I sat down beneath my desk<br \/>\n(Don\u2019t shoot) to weep.<br \/>\n<em>Christe eleison<\/em>. My soul to take.<br \/>\n<em>Kyrie eleison<\/em>. My soul to keep.<\/p>\n<p><em>Gloria<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>There is no<br \/>\nNo utterable <em>Gloria<br \/>\n<\/em><em>In excelsis Deo<\/em>\u2014there is<br \/>\nOnly the unutterable.<br \/>\nThere is He, <em>qui tollis<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Peccata mundi<\/em>, but also<br \/>\nHe that brings them, and<br \/>\nBrings them so<br \/>\nUnutterably.<\/p>\n<p><em>Credo <\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOf all things visible and invisible<br \/>\nThe rifle is king. I believe<br \/>\nIn one gun, in One Gun Almighty.<br \/>\nHow fast can you run?\u201d Thus<br \/>\nSpake Death, and these, even<br \/>\nThese are the conditions in which<br \/>\n<em>Expecto resurrectionem mortuorum.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sanctus<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sanctus Sanctus Sanctus<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Dominus Deus Sabaoth<\/em>!<br \/>\nAnd precious in His sight the<br \/>\nLittle children He bid come.<br \/>\nStop of the mouths of your<br \/>\nWar machines this hour\u2014<br \/>\nStrike them dumb. Let<br \/>\nHeaven and earth be full<br \/>\nOf their silence, lest every<br \/>\nHosanna perish in violence.<\/p>\n<p><em>Agnus Dei<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Agnus Dei<\/em>, who takes away<br \/>\nThe sin of the world, what<br \/>\nCan it profit the Most High<br \/>\nIf you take our sin but leave us<br \/>\nTo die? <em>Miserere nobis<\/em>. Lord<br \/>\nOf the cellar, (hide!) Lord<br \/>\nOf the attic, let it be mercy<br \/>\nFalling semi-automatic.<\/p>\n<p><em>Dona<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dona nobis pacem<\/em>.<br \/>\nLead us beside quiet<br \/>\nWaters, no more to bury<br \/>\nOur sons and our daughters.<br \/>\nPeace.
