Talk about<br \/>\nghosts of the blast. Beauty clings<br \/>\nto Horror, and still clings, even when<br \/>\nit let\u2019s go; just as we suspected:<br \/>\nSiamese twins.<\/p>\n<p><em>II.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Glimmer at the edge of fog.<br \/>\nSphinx at sunset, red paws.<br \/>\nOval flocks of moons while drunk.<br \/>\nA bow of measure in a coffee spoon.<br \/>\nThe way her delicate lips pucker<br \/>\nwhile thinking of yesterdays<br \/>\nyou never entered.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>III.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Back to Vincent in Hiroshima.<br \/>\nBack to the gravity of collage. How each day<br \/>\nslips into the groove of whirling<br \/>\nmonths. How the garden<\/p>\n<p>swirls with flowers and a church<br \/>\ntower in his final summer. How<br \/>\nVincent\u2019s last words were:<br \/>\n\u201cI wish it were all over now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>How the true page is never printed.
